Estimated shipping can be calculated by clicking the "Shipping Quote" button on the lot page. In addition to the shipping quote, Gaston & Sheehan will assess a minimal packaging and handling fee. We utilize UPS, FedEx and USPS with Insurance and Adult Signature Confirmation and combined shipping will be utilized when possible. Shipments will be fully insured for LOSS ONLY.
For residential shipments and package security, it is recommended that buyers provide a business address or a FedEx/ UPS location to have packages held at for pickup. The Buyer acknowledges that any shipment issues regarding loss or damages that may arise after packages are tendered to the shipping carrier are NOT Gaston & Sheehan's responsibility. Gaston & Sheehan typically does NOT send out shipments on Fridays; any packages ready to ship will be held and shipped out after the weekend on the following business day.
Buyers can also provide their own shipping label. There is typically a minor charge for packaging and handling.
On international shipments, customers will be required to make a refundable deposit for the GST/VAT/PST applicable for each country. Deposits will be returned by company check once proof of payment has been sent to Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers.
