Dynamic Closing: Please note that all are auctions are set to extend if there is any bidding activity within the last few minutes of the auction. Typically each bid will extend the auction another two to five minutes. This feature protects bidders from being outbid without the opportunity to be notified and place another bid before the close of the auction.

Auto-bidding: Please be aware that when placing your “Maximum bid”, the website will bid on your behalf up to your set maximum bid by the preset bid increment. Example: The current bid is $25 and the bidder enters a maximum bid of $50. The system will bid at the preset increment until the bidders “Maximum bid” is exceeded. At that point the bidder will be notified that he/she has been outbid.

No deposit is required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice shortly after the close of the auction. Pay from that invoice. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, please contact us. FAILURE TO PAY AND REMOVE ITEMS WITHIN THE DATES AND TIMES LISTED WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION AND DENIAL FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE GASTON & SHEEHAN AUCTIONS, LIVE OR ONLINE. THE ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED, ALONG WITH ANY ASSOCIATED ACCOUNTS CONNECTED TO THE BANNED BIDDER.

State sales tax will be charged where applicable unless a resale tax number is provided.

The Auctioneer has the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason or to make counter offers or make backup offers at their sole discretion.

Everything sells “As Is – Where Is” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied! All purchases become the responsibility of the buyer when sold to the highest bidder. It is Buyers responsibility to have inspected the merchandise thoroughly, satisfying themselves as to the condition and value prior to bidding. Removal is the sole responsibility of the successful bidding party. Bidder agrees NOT hold Auctioneer liable for any part of the removal process. Removal is at the expense and liability of the successful bidder.

Items must be removed from sales site within 7 days from auction end date or applicable storage fees will apply.

Payment must be received in our office within 4 business days of auction closing. Failure to pay will result in account deactivation and denial to register or participate in any future Gaston & Sheehan auctions live or online. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email with a shipping quote if applicable, within 24 hours after the close of the auction. Please pay from that invoice. • Estimated shipping can be calculated by clicking the "Shipping Quote" button above. In addition to the shipping quote, Gaston & Sheehan will assess a minimal packaging and handling fee. We utilize UPS, FedEx and USPS with Insurance and Adult Signature Confirmation for delivery, and combined shipping will be utilized when possible.

  NOTE: These shippers will come and retrieve items if hired, package and ship. The customer is responsible to make their own arrangements.

  Buyers can also provide their own shipping label. There is typically a minor charge for packaging and handling.

  On international shipments, customers will be required to make a refundable deposit for the GST/VAT/PST applicable for each country. Deposits will be returned by company check once proof of payment has been sent to Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers.
