Use of the Auction Site marks your full and final acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.

All items on this site are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”  Gaston & Sheehan makes no guarantee as to authenticity, condition, nature, quality, quantity or size of any item and provides NO WARRANTY, expressed or implied as to any item.  No oral statements by any employee of Gaston & Sheehan should be taken as any warranty, expressed or implied.  Gaston & Sheehan recommends that all Bidders examine items before placing a bid to obtain firsthand knowledge of the items.  Failure to view/inspect any property for sale shall not constitute cause of cancellation of sale. It is hereby warned that bidders should not bid on the basis of photography alone.  Bidder must rely on their own inspection to verify the qualities of the item.  Failure to inspect an item is not grounds for the retraction of a bid, refund, any adjustment of the price, or any action against Gaston & Sheehan.  Auctioneers are not responsible for the actions of any consignors/sellers, typographical errors, misprints, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, damage, failure of equipment, or loss of money.  Use this site at your own risk.

By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item.  Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction. Gaston & Sheehan and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time.

State sales tax will be charged where applicable unless a resale tax number is provided. Sales tax on titled items (vehicles) will be charged when title is transferred and not added to the auction price. 

Titles will be assigned to the name and address on your invoice.

Working on equipment or vehicles is not permitted on location! You must be prepared with the appropriate removal equipment or hired service. Removal must take less than 30 minutes, or you will be asked to return with a hired service. Items must be removed from the sale site within 7 business days from auction end date or storage fees will apply. Merchandise removal is the Buyer’s responsibility and must be accompanied by a paid receipt.

Directions: Exit #247 (Pflugerville/Wells Branch) off IH-35 and head east to FM 1825. Go approximately 7 miles and turn left on Hwy 685 (HEB on corner). Go down approximately 1 ½ miles, turn left onto Pfennig Lane. We are on the left corner.

Online Pre-bids: Pre-bidding ends Monday, February 27th at 2:00 pm CST. The successful max pre-bid placed will be represented at the live auction being held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM CST.  Pre-bidding is an opportunity for absentees to participate in the auction prior to the live auction date. By placing a bid through the website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item.  Items are sold AS-IS and Mileage/hour readings are NOT guaranteed! Vehicles will come with Texas title and/or Bill of Sale.

Deposits are not required to bid at this auction. Winning bidders will receive their invoice shortly after the close of the auction. Pay from that invoice. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, please contact us.  FAILURE TO PAY FOR ITEMS WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION AND DENIAL FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE GASTON & SHEEHAN AUCTIONS, LIVE OR ONLINE.
