Close but clear margins all around, tied by "B/156" cancel on folded printed "Maulmain Shipping Report" to Rangoon, Burma, red Rangoon Aug. 30, 1856 double-circle datestamp on back, cover with part of top flap missing and some water damage to interior page, presumably sent from Moulmein but cancelled on arrival, Very Fine, correctly paying the 1a printed matter rate within India, believed to be the only known use of this rate from Moulmein.
