Terms & Conditions: Everything sells “As Is – Where Is” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No merchandise shall be removed until the conclusion the auction, and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. All purchases become the responsibility the buyer when sold to the highest bidder. PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL THE DAY OF THE AUCTION by cash, cashiers’ checks, travelers checks or money orders. Personal/company checks MUST have a Bank Letter of Guarantee. NO CREDIT CARDS or BANK CARDS will be accepted. All buyers will be required to make a $250 refundable cash deposit.
A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED ON INSIDE MERCHANDISE
This catalog is furnished as a courtesy of Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers and is intended as a buyers’ guide only and in no way implies condition, authenticity or warranty. Vehicle and equipment mileage readings are NOT guaranteed! All sales are recorded and any discrepancies will be settled after the conclusion of the auction. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and pets are not allowed.
Directions: Exit #247 (Pflugerville/Wells Branch) off IH-35 and head east to FM 1825. Go approx. 7 miles and turn left on Hwy 685 (HEB on corner). Turn left approximately 1 ½ miles onto Pfennig Lane. We are on the left across from Wal-Mart.
Selling Order: We sell in catalog order until 1:00 P.M. we will start auctioning outside eqpt, vehicles & bicycles. After we are done outside, we will come back in and finish where we left off. We auction approximately 100 lots an hour.
Removal Times: Merchandise removal is the Buyer’s responsibility and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. No merchandise shall be removed while auction is in progress, unless otherwise stated. Removal times are listed below:
Saturday: Conclusion - 6:00 P.M.
Monday: 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
(MERCHANDISE LEFT THEREAFTER WILL BE DISPOSED!)
Note: Titles will be ready approximately 7 to 10 business days after the auction and can be picked up at the auction location or mailed by certified mail for a $5 fee. Buyer assumes full responsibility for transportation merchandise. Temporary tags are available through Texas Department Public Safety. Vehicle and equipment mileages are NOT guaranteed! Vehicles with “**” will be sold with storage lien title work.
