Preview & Registration Times: Sale day starting at 8:30 a.m.
Terms & Conditions: Everything Sells “As Is – Where Is” With No Warranties or Guarantees Expressed or Implied. No merchandise shall be removed until the conclusion of the auction, and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. All purchases become the responsibility of the buyer when sold to the highest bidder. Payment is due in full the day of the auction by cash, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks or money orders. Personal/company checks must have a Bank Letter of Guarantee. No credit cards. All buyers will be required to make a $100 refundable cash deposit. This catalog is furnished as a courtesy of Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers and is intended as a buyers’ guide only and in no way implies condition, authenticity or warranty. All sales are recorded and any discrepancies will be settled after conclusion of auction.
Directions: From 290E into Manor, turn right at loop 212 / Lexington Street (Hwy 290 Cafe) & go approximately ½ mile. Turn left on Blake Manor Road & go 4 ½ miles & turn right on Burleson Manor Road. The warehouses are 1½ miles on the left.
Selling Order: We sell in catalog order, selling approximately 100 lots an hour.
Removal Times: Merchandise removal is the buyer’s responsibility and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. No merchandise shall be removed while auction is in progress.
Sale Day: conclusion until 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday (11/24): 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
