Terms & Conditions: Everything sells “As Is – Where Is” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No merchandise shall be removed until the conclusion of the auction, and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. All purchases become the responsibility of the buyer when sold to the highest bidder. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE ONE HOUR AFTER CONCLUSION OF AUCTION by cash, cashiers’ checks, travelers’ checks, money orders or personal/company checks with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. NO CREDIT CARDS. All buyers will be required to make a $250 refundable cash deposit at time of registration.
Absentee Bids will be accepted. Deposit req’d.

This catalog is furnished as a courtesy of Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers and is intended as a buyers’ guide only and in no way implies condition, authenticity or warranty. Vehicle and equipment mileage readings are NOT guaranteed! All sales are recorded and any discrepancies will be settled after the conclusion of auction. No pets.
Directions: From US-54 exit 4 towards Fred Wilson Rd / Railroad Dr. / Airport. Merge onto Gateway Blvd. Stay straight and merge onto Railroad Drive. The facility is approx. 5.5 miles north, next door to Zanios Foods.
Selling Order: We sell in catalog order.
Removal Times: Merchandise removal is the Buyer’s responsibility and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. No merchandise shall be removed while auction is in progress, unless otherwise stated. Removal is sale day, conclusion of auction until 5:00 P.M.
Note: Buyer assumes full responsibility for transportation of merchandise. Temporary tags are available through Texas Department of Public Safety. Salvage titled vehicles can be purchased by anyone.
